Textar make the OE brakes for BMW and others, I fitted them on mine and am perfectly satisfied. There is only a handful of actual manufacturers making all the OE and after market brakes for brands in Europe and they all have to perform to +/- 15% of original equipment to comply with Euro regulations. So whatever the claims are for them they cannot be much better or worse. Any genuine kit from a recognised maker will probably be as good as another.
I used Textar epads which cost more but are a high ceramic low dust pad. They work like the originals but do seem less dusty and what dust there is comes off more easily (something to do with less iron being ground off the discs maybe?) but I wouldn't bother with them if I was a high mileage/frequent replacement owner.
