brakes,,? + roof...?

does anyone know if al the z4s run the same brake set up.... i.e. are the 2.0l brakes ( and all engine sizes inbetween ) the same as the 3.0l brakes....? and is there a manual way of putting the hood up and down if the electrics or hydrolics fail.....?
 
Yes I have checked the handbook and if the electric roof fails you can move it manually, fingers crossed it never happens :cry:
 
Yes - Manually dropping the roof should be a last resort, it took two people to put mine back up and its VERY difficult. Would not recommend doing it frequently. - Theres a small red tab on the upper side of the boot "ceiling" pull it out and twist. ( its in the manual too )
