Hi All,

Trying to removal the intake manifold to access starter to replacement but I cant unclip the servo line its a real bastard, any tips?

Ive tried my grip, pliers and swearing already. Its a squeeze style fit much like the breather system but fucked if I can release it.

Picture attached its in the centre of the image.

Which engine is this on? I know it's possible to get the starter out on the 6 pot engines without touching the manifold, albeit youre working on feel a bit. I're replaced mine on a 04 with the M54 engine without too much trouble.

I’m not sure but...the photo looks very much like quick disconnect fuel lines that are on the fuel tank on my Ducati Monster. The section that has the vertical ribs, there would be the same on the opposite side (180 degrees apart). You would squeeze both of those and pull and it should come off.

I surely might be mistaken but it looks very similar...
