Brake lights always on, even during ACC and at an idle

Brake lights always on, even during ACC and at an idle and from what i’ve read the e85/86 has a brake override which will not allow you to increase rpms at all. When car is first started within the first 2 seconds the car will rev up but will no longer after the 2 seconds. At kind of a lost cause as of now, anyone have an idea?

Not one I've heard of before, but as always with these issues, have you had a code reader on it, and what codes does it show?

If you haven't yet, then see if anyone on here is close by who can scan it for you.

Brake lights always on suggests the brake pedal switch needs adjusting? V simple job to reset have a Google

That may then resolve the override issue

I think it would be the brake light switch on the pedal, it's a simple old fashion system. Either bad switch or something interfering with the switch not being able to release from the closed position.

Check the fuse(s) too (45 I think).
