Brake Light...

So my brake light has just come on. Should the brakes be replaced with a specific set? If so does anyone know the part number(s)?

Is it worth going to a BMW dealer or just rocking up to a local garage to do the work?

Are there any recommendations in the Essex area?

Sorry dude, missed this post. If you mean the brake pad warning light has come on, you'll need new pads and a new sensor.

Recommend Pagid pads as a decent OEM replacement,many decent garages can do the job for you and it should be no more than an hour's work. Don't pay over the odds.
