Hi All, just curious if anyone else has had this...
Suddenly today, whenever I release my brake or clutch pedal near to its resting point, they creak very loudly. So loud that you can feel the fretting through shoes! I pulled the panel off to take a look and it seems to be coming from the top bracket that the pedals are mounted to. Its definitely not the clutch spring or brake booster which I was suspicious about. I tried loosening a nut on the main bracket and the creaking disappeared. Anyone fixed anything similar?
Part 1 is the bracket, part 3 is the nut I loosened it seems, although the illustrated image has a bolt...?
