So I've gone for some wheel spacers to try and enhance the look of my new set up. So far I've bought a set of AP lowering springs which drop by 30mm front, 20mm rear.

I went for 12mm as I didn't want varied offsets front/rear, just wanted more of a factory look and after measuring the inner arch space available 12mm looks like a safe option to avoid scrubbing, especially if I go to 19s when I change the alloys. The spacers seemed like a good deal where quality vs price is concerned! Also went for black to match my newly painted hubs.

Hopefully it'll look a bit meaner with its lower and wider stance, will be fitted along with my lemforder bush kit that also arrived this week

I've got 25mm spacers on the rear. Makes it look so much better and I think it handles better too, not as bad for tram lining etc

How mine looks. Still needs lowering tho.

Looks good, your rears sit nicely flush.

Did you notice any more spray/dirt hitting the bodywork after bringing the wheels out ?

i had 20mm spacers on the front and got constant scrubbage when turning took them off for now. i have 25's on the rear, probably going to buy 12/15mm ones for the front.

No nothing different to before. The tread still sits in the arch so should flick too much.
It's the front that takes hits from other cars

This is what I feared after reading various threads so thought I'd play it safe.

Most information I found advised not to go over 15mm as it can weaken the hub and affect the wheel bearings
