Bosch Super-4 Spark Plugs

It depends on high rich your fuel mixture is. If you're running a re-flashed ECU or larger turbo. You will cause your plugs to foul faster than normal. When I had a Stage III turbo in my car I was changing spark plugs every 10k miles. I believe normal should be around 40k?

Don't use the Bosch plugs. I had previously ready they have a high failure rate and sure enough I had one intermintently fail on me.... had to restart the car or it ran on 5 cylinders.

The only was forward is with the IGK Platenium plugs, you're dealer can provide then, just as for their premium IGK plugs. I got them for my supercharger conversion and been fine since, well until I changed to Bosch which caused problems, put the IGK's back in.

I will probably change mine every 20K miles.

Hope that helps

Graeme

Also, be aware that spark plugs have different temperature settings. For example, if you have a turbo setup you want to rung slightly "colder" plugs than stock. I used to run Bosch all the time but with my turbo setup I needed the IGK BKRE's. If you have a stock vehicle go with the plugs reccommended by the dealer.
