Boot stuck closed

Tried to open the boot, it pops open but the boot lid is stuck. It seems like the left hand side is still latched. Any tips to get it open?

I cannot open the roof becuase the lid in the boot compartment is stowed away and I have ista diagontics.

Any warnings or bongs on the dashboard?

Or is the roof light flashing red?

Its all fixed now.

Managed to close the partition tray through the ski hatch to open the roof. I noticed the left hand cable popped off its place and when I clipped it back it was sitting pissed. Someone has been here before and routed the cable incorrectly so the cable is not secure and eventually fell out. Rerouted the cable and now it's secured properly and the boot now opens and closes properly.
