Hi , Just bought a 35is and was wondering if the short elastic straps that fit into the boot base are available as I don't have any or is there something which fits, apologies for the boring questions.

We have had one missing since we bought ours. Cant remember if its the short one or the long one.
I cant really think what they would be used for as anything held down with them could get squashed.

It’s for the American market, helps to secure the hostages in the boot

I drilled a couple of holes and passed through and knotted a couple of bungee cords in that panel.
useful for a while until i bought a space saver wheel, now stuck on top.

Congratulations on your 35iS. A very, very good car.

However, don't bother with the rubber boot straps. They're a waste of time. :)

Unless you are looking at strapping down a golf ball, I wouldn't bother, the boots not big enough to have to tie things down, but if you really want to, some bungees will do it, nice and cheap and available everywhere

Thanks for that, have found an elasticated net in the garage which is on my conversion list into a stop things sliding obout the boot net
