Boot dent

Hi,

I had a little bit of a run-in with a 4x4 the other day and managed to put a small-ish dent in the boot lid of my 2.5i metallic black Z4. :headbang:

I went to BMW and they quoted me a £1800 to replace the whole thing. Can anyone recommend someone who will replace (or even repair - I'm not sure BMW weren't trying to rip me off!) to BMW standard?

Thanks, appreciate it

Sorry, should have said in London if possible!

Any of the insurance company approved specialist accident repair centres in your local area will be accredited to manufacturer standard on most makes. They will likely be better than dealers as that's all they do all the time and are approved to OEM warranty, standards, etc.

you could consider these guys...http://www.dentfix.co.uk/ they'll come round and give you a free quote. which area of london are you in?

If you go with a dent guy get one the local garages or dealers use if possible. My chap spends 80% of his time going around dealers sorting dents, it blows my mind they can sort it without leaving a mark!

Cheers
