Boot break light

Hi I have just noticed the break light on the boot is chipped and I wondered if anyone knows of a cheap place to get a replacement ?

Contact Sopers of Lincoln, mention the forum & they'll do you a good price, either choose a red one or go for a (cheaper) clear one.
 
Sopers at Lincoln will give you a 10% discount and free delivery.

If it is a roadster you have then clear ones are cheaper than red ones. Clear ones are about £68 from memory, you will also need new mounting springs as well. REd ones are around the £80 mark
 
I've got a red one you can have for £25 posted - it has a crack in it very similar to this one sold recently at the asking price :

Probably less noticeable actually, and the light works fine. Took it off my old car 2+ years ago when I fitted a clear one and it's sat in a garage drawer ever since.

If you want some pics let me know. Should be able to get it in the post on Friday or Saturday.

Hey thanks for that sounds ok. I'm just waiting to hear back from Quarry Motors BMW Breakers and if they can't help me I will take this if that's ok? Cheers Garry

Make sure you get the revised 'softer' springs, otherwise you will get the same issue again

Cool with that - doesn't come with new springs though, and I reused the nuts on my other car so you'll need them for a few quid from a stealer :thumbsup:
