Bmwz4 e85, electrics not working and car making a really loud beeping noise when engine is on and off?

Went to work this morning car was fine got home parked up, then went out in the car noticed my amp wasn't working behind seat amp then I parked up switched the car off then none of the electrics would come on, the radio the window whipers the window switches nothing. And now it's making a really loud noise like a constant ringing

Immobliser control unit under voltage The battery was at 12.4v without engine running and 14.4 when the engine was running

Turns out it was a blown fuse
