Bmw z4 iPhone/iPod connection

I'm looking for some advice on connecting my iPhone for music, am I best fitting a new stereo from what I can see doesn't seem to fit in the dash very well or attaching an aux adaptor some how. Advice would be great

If anyone has any images of 3rd party stereo in there bmw that fits and looks right I'd love to see.

You've put this post in the E89 section is this correct? I thought all E89s as well as all new BMWs for the past few years were fitted with a USB and auz port?
