Love that colour on the E85, especially with cream leather and a wooden dash.
Might be worth sharing details on service history and key maintenance items, as well as number of previous owners and spec, whether the tyres have been replaced since the MOT last year.
Maybe consider putting it through the MOT before selling, it'll be much easier to get interest if it's got more than a month to go on it.

Thanks! Appreciate your thoughts/tips! Yes its a special colour/interior combo isn't it!!! I particularly love the Wood Dashboard as it somehow looks classier than the metal/tin-effect (just my personal view!). Feels like I only did the MOT 5mins ago (but presume its coming round again!
