Reasons ?
Interior looks like youve marched a herd of cattle through it ( spend some time cleaning / prepping it )
Scuff on bumper (repair or prepare for drop in price)
Pics show dirty car (polish up & take new pics )
Underbonnet is shocking ( only show pics if you can be arsed to clean it up )

Terrible ad so I can see why it hasn't shifted. Looks unloved and that's added to by an incomplete service history - or what I can make out from the text.
