BMW Z4 2004 - Roof motor replacement help

Hi

I tried following the how-to post on the removal of the soft top but got stuck on step 6 of shipkiller's guide..
Just wondering if anyone local to Bristol could give me a hand? Or if anyone would be willing to talk me through it over the phone?

6. Now remove the weather stripping that attaches the top to the car. Only remove it from around the car body, NOT from the top itself. Don't try to remove it from the top or you will be buying a new top....
Part way removed....

Do you mean this? If so it's a simple case of pulling the roof seal off where it joins the car along the back at the bottom of the window.
