FULL 12 MONTHS MOT - WITH NO ADVISORIES

BMW Z4 e85 2.5l SE (M54 B25 engine)
The M54 engine is a naturally aspirated inline-6.
They are known to be overall great performers, reliable, and tons of fun.
It has 142780 miles on the clock.
The car drives very well and the engine pulls strongly with no untoward noises or warning lights on the dash.

The reason why I'm selling my Z4 is that I've just bought a VW T5 and I have no space to keep 2 cars and a van.
The Z4 is petrol and a manual 5 speed.

The car has been garaged every night and has been well cared for and is in generally very good condition with a few age-related marks.

During the time I've owned the car I've had the following done:
1. New drive shaft center bearing and drive shaft coupler.
2. Front-wheel bearings replaced.
3. Brake pipes over fuel tank replaced.
4. Springs and shocks.
5. Brake sensor replaced.
6. Rear boot lid brake light.
7. New water pump.
8. New alternator + serpentine belt.
9. Replaced the HEL Braided Vanos Oil Supply Line Hose.
10. Oil filter housing gasket.
11. New rocker cover gasket.
12. Aluminum DISA Valve Intake Adjuster Unit fitted.
13. Front anti-roll bar links.
14. New brake bleed nipples and brake fluid.

Everything works as it should and you will not be disappointed.
The soft-top is in excellent condition and is treated with a water-proofer at the start of the rainy season.
The roof motor has been relocated to the boot space area.

To list a few - the Z4 has heated seats, 6 CD autochanger, a "Sport" drive button, rear parking sensors, cruise control, rear window defrost, 2 keys, factory-fitted radio, security locking wheel bolts, bespoke wind deflector...

I bought the BMW hardtop about a year after buying the car.
I had the hardtop professionally sprayed in BMW Sapphire Metallic Black to match the rest of the car.
This is a genuine BMW Z4 e85 hardtop with spoiler and heated rear window. Comes with hardtop stand, interior side covers, a BMW hex key to lock/unlock the roof, and boot spacers.

The car is now SORN and kept in my garage. I turn the engine over and trickle charge the battery weekly. I also drive it up and down my driveway so it's not left standing for weeks on end :)

Thanks for looking.

Agree with John, this looks look a cheap way into 6 pot Z4 ownership given the list of jobs undertaken- the hard tops alone were readily selling for around a £1,000. Shame you're selling and hope you get a decent offer 👍

Looks like a good buy for someone.
Might be an idea to say where you’re based unless I’ve missed it?

In the signature. Cornwall

That’s a very fair price I would say. If you don’t get much interest, it might be easier to sell the HT separately as they go for around £1k and are rare and sought after.

Might be worth keeping it unless he needs the funds immediately MKZ, could tip a fence sitter his way with it.

Couldn’t agree more. 140k isn’t an easy sell even at £2k.

Hardtops don’t seem to sell for what they did.
There was one on here recently for £750 with a cover and stand and as far as I’m aware didn’t sell.

Is that a wood trim I see?
Bi-xenon headlights?
Basic hifi, 10 speaker or DSP?

By the looks of the images it doesn't have Xenons or a hifi upgrade.

Looks well maintained mind you which is nice to see :)
