BMW warranty & modifications

Hi, I recently bought a 2006 Z4MR with only 20,000 miles on it. It is immaculate , standard and came with a full BMW 1 year warranty as I bought it from a main stealer.
Would this warranty be invalid if I see anything induction or exhaust related? Are they pretty strict about it. I like the comfort of the extended warranty, unless anyone tells me it is not worth having.
 
With a used car warranty from BMW you should have been given a small folder (or booklet) with a contact number. You simply give them your reg, and ask your query. I had one of these warranties with my used X3 that I bought 18 months ago, and I found the call centre to be quite helpful.
