Insp 2 due soon thought I'd get some idea of price from local dealers so phoned them. "Hello BMW service" "Can you give me an estimate for an insp 2 service please" "Yes sir what model" "Z4 M 3.2 2006 insp2 at 46000 miles" "Whats the chassis number" "Dont know I'm sitting at work" "Cant give a price without that sorry" "Thank you I'll try someone else" Brilliant!

Maybe they want it to see if you (or a previous owner) have been gullible enough to pay full price without negotiating in the past, and therefore qualify for the 0% discount scheme?
