BMW FILMS - Z4 & Clive Owen

So, most of you have probably seen this already, but as Im fairly new to the Z4 Ive just watched these short films and its great to see the Z4 in a movie style role!

Brief History ...

The BMW film series, The Hire was a series of eight short films (averaging about ten minutes each) produced for the Internet in 2001 and 2002. A form of branded content, all eight films featured popular filmmakers from across the globe, starred Clive Owen as the "Driver", and highlighted the performance aspects of various BMW automobiles.

Season 1..

Episode 1 - Ambush

Season 2 was based solely around Clive Owen and the Z4 :thumbsup: These are the only ones I've had the chance to watch so far!

Thanks for the info - hadn't heard of these before. Some pretty impressive names in that list. Must have cost BMW an absolute packet.

Both seasons seem to also be easily available on torrents or newsgroups.
 
I hadn't seen these before either, some great short films there and I managed to find them on a BT tracker too :)
 
Now I gotta go look to see which season I have! Haven't viewed them in a while so I'm a bit fuzzy....... :) I think I have the Hostage one. :?
 
didnt they do these as you can do what you like in a film, but for an advert you cant imply speed or drive like a hooligan. guess which sells cars better :D
 
On a side note, watching the Hire movie, proves we can outrun & drive cops IRL!
I saw it on the internet, it's true!
