Bluetooth - retrofit, or other options?

I have a 2003 Z4 and want to install Bluetooth. Is there pre-wiring that exists, and of so, can you purchase a kit to install, or is it just easier to get an aftermarket kit. If so what do you recommend?

I don't mind a bit of DIY, but don't fancy masses of wiring :lol:

Parrot kits get good reviews, but if you are likely to want iPod etc then a Dice Mediabridge might be the way ahead

Ok seen the Parrot CK3100 series and looks good. Do I need to buy a specific connector lead to fit to the standard head unit. Seems there are lots of people selling the connection kits...
