Bluetooth Menu 'Gone'!

Morning All!

Strange one this! I was using, or rather, trying to use my telephone in the car last night with the BMW bluetooth kit, however the telephone menu was greyed out. Now it has completely gone from the menu screen..... :| Bit confused as to why this might be! Has my car forgotten that it has this facility - it has worked without fault for the last year!

And ideas would be very gratefully received!

mmm, I haven't got the navi kit so I dont know how it works. It's not because it's lost the pairing is it? In mine there is a pairing button in the CD changer area, but not sure if the navi version does it through the menu?

Hopefully someone will be along in a bit with better info.

I've tried re-pairing the handset, but to no avail. The car is now back with BMW for them to fix it under warranty! :?

All fixed by the Garage - reset the computer and the telephone menu has re-appeared!

Mine has just done exactly the same thing!!!

I would just update it to v31 if you didn't do it yet. Very easy. It should fix it.

Yep, just disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and it will reset the system. Its only happened to me once and that sorted it.

Nice one! Sorted it... (Didn't even need 15 mins, just simple disconnect and reconnect)
