I’ve been trying to set up my phone in the coupe. I’ve got the Bluetooth prep and the business radio/cd and the Bluetooth code. Try as I might I can’t get it to connect, always comes up “connection failed” on the head unit and a “try again” message on my phone. Is it that doesnt connect to the system or is there a way round it. I’m using the instructions in the owners manual.

I had the same problem. You might need to clear the existing phones from the system to make a space for the one you're trying to connect.
 
Try turning the ignition off after trying pairing, then turn on again. Mine auto paired after doing this.
