Blood Donation

For anyone who is a blood donor and who wasn't aware, travelling to give blood is regarded as essential travel. Extra precautions have been put in place to safeguard staff and donors. If that's not a good reason to get your zeds out I don't know what is

I am a platelet donor, and would normally be going every 3-4 weeks, but my wife has an immune system disorder and is taking immunosuppressant drugs, so we're "shielding" for 12 weeks. Almost a quarter of the way through :|

That makes sense - it is essential.

I used to donate regularly, but sadly no longer can after I got put on Statins and 75mg Aspirin some years back.

A missed opportunity to drive my Z4.

Same here - Statins Warfarin etc etc!
