Blinker sound on and off?

Sorry if this may be a repost but I searched and couldn't find anything about this particularly...

Is there any way to turn the blinker sound on and off?? I have an 06 z4 3.0si

Do you mean the indicators as in amber turn signals? On UK cars it's a legal requirement that there is an audible tone.

No programming function is listed for the UK so you'd have to check the manual or dealer codeable options.
 
Why would you want to turn them off plus the note changes to let you know the bulb needs changing
