Was just looking at these headlight units on ebay:

What do you guys reckon? Has anyone on here bought them? I don't really get it, if I buy them do I also need an HDI kit?

I'm yet to see a set of aftermarket angle eyes that don't have that barry boy's feel. :(
 
That's a worry I have too mate. I thought these looked ok and I have confidence than when they are fitted to the right car (Z4) they would look good.
 
Ive got them on (the ones with self levelling motors) and put a HID kit in at the same time. Look good but constant condensation issues. Poor quality but you get what you pay for.
 
They look like the ones I have which are spot on, didn't have any condensation issues until I stupidly left the top 'eyebrow' bulbs out to see what it would look like! :headbang:

right at the bottom as a drain.

Having previously had moisture issues, drilling a hole and sticking a packet of silica gel in there has fully cured my problem.
