Birmingham?

Mate of mine bought a second hand car from them recently and had no end of problems with them saying they would do stuff and then they didn't. Eventually when he went to collect it they made him wait for over 4 hours! Maybe the service department is better.
 
I've only been to the city centre one for a brake fluid service, but wouldn't go back as I had to re-bleed the system myself as they left the pedal very soft. Took about a litre of fluid to clear all the air out of the system.
 
As it is 100m from our Head Office a lot of our company cars get serviced there. Generally they seem to have a decent reputation amongst our staff. I've never taken my car there though but that's just because I don't use it for work and therefore it is never in Birmingham.
 
Bought three cars from them, never had an issue with them, ever!
Jo in the service dept is lovely.

Where's your head office OG? Worked in the jewellery quarter for years, until we moved to the country 6 months ago!

Like I said moved out of the sh1t hole 6 months ago :lol: but always up there visiting customers, so will do mate next time I'm around. :wink:
