Bird " lime" stain removal ?

After soaking the black bonnet as a bird had made two large donations the surface seems stained the laquer seems damaged . Tried T cut but little improvement . Any advise as to what to try?

either machine polish or wet sand...

I've flattened and polished many bird stained bonnets with good results.Having said that it all depends how badly it is stained.If it's just gone dull a quick flat with wet and dry(I use 2000) will sort it out.If it's looks like crazy paving the lacquer is usually too damaged.Where abouts are you TONYMOR?
