Bilstein B8 install rear bump stop question

Hi Guys,
Got the B8s installed today. Have 2 questions though.

1. Front Struts no bump stop needed.
2. Rears to use stock bump stop.

Was advice by seller on the above, is this correct ?
Strangely its riding a little higher on Eibachs than it was with stock shocks.

Sorry, found out that bump stop is integrated into the front struts.
Rears Im under the suspicion that the stock bump stop has to be cut so
the question is how much to cut ?
