Bilstein B4's and Lowering springs.

A sort of on topic question.... Is there an easy way to tell if the car is running standard height or been lowered? I have a feeling that I will need to look at doing suspension work fairly soon and I don't really want to lower it as the car seems fairly low already. Is there a measurement I can take to check it?
