Heads up all of you who like me have a Z4 and a motorbike. Dreaded insurance was due and they quoted me £140, so did the normal and searched around. Got a quote from Bennets for £88. So then called my current insurer, Swinton who agreed to price match it. Whoa!! hold on not only that, but today i got an email from Swinton promising £30 Cashback for all new policies! So result! Bike insureance for a 54 year old male, full no claims, protected no claims, and Fully Comprehensive on a Honda Blackbird is.............................£58!!

Just have to have the balls to hold out for discount!

Very cheap!

I just renewed my gsxr600 for £330, 2nd yr riding, 29yr old. that's about half last years, insured through MCE.

Sent from my HTC One X

I think that I pay about £20 per month on my Fireblade. - So I think £180 on your BB was a good deal! :)

I guess it all depends on agreed mileage etc.

Must admit I love the BB. I sat on a few before I ended up with my FB.

BB in graphite colour is just kick-ass IMHO. 8)

107 fully comp r1200gs...... be careful of swintons all the 30£ cash back you have to claim this within a certain period or you loose it... and once they have ur number they call you all the time... still call me at least once a month and i haven't been with them for 4 years (and that was a second bike policy that was replaced)

Good price bobelz! I pay £129 for my fireblade. I'm 57, the agreed mileage is 4000 as I don't use it for commuting to work anymore - 'cos I have retired, yippee. :)
