Jesus christ. Did you keep the speed low then? What's the biggest thing with a passenger too? I've had a snowboard behind the passenger seat with some t-shirts to keep the car protected from the snowboard, and my brother as passenger. His snowboard is neon green on the base, so I think we got some funny looks. Neon green in a black car looks alright!
 
I almost ended up with four by 5m of 38mm thick planks in my Zed.

Till the manager of the timber yard came to my rescue and explained to the gf that 3.5m of wood sticking out the top of your car is illegal and you'd lose your licence.

On exiting the yard I was further able to prove the matter by pointing out the two police cars parked up opposite.

Inkey, I'm sure I used to see your roadster parked on Blackheath not too far from the church. Would that have been you or were you living away from the heath itself?
 
That would have been me. Used to live in Montpelier Vale and park in Wemyss Road. When I say 'moved' it was literally 500 yards :)
 
Thought so...I spotted you on the heath in in your ///MC too once when I was commuting in my 320d, but I don't go through Blackheath now as I'm working in London again.
 
Yeah that was me when I first got her. Increasingly trying to find more and more excuses to take her out and blast around SE3.
