Big Thank You to everyone on the forum

Well my z is now sold and now I have to move onto something more practical with a baby on the way, I just wanted to say how great this forum has been, all the advice I have received over the last 7 years has been invaluable.

I started off with a 2.5 se Roadster in Feb 2008 and then moved onto my Coupe in October 2010. I have taken both cars on many road trips including Scotland (3 times) Wales, Yorkshire Dales, Peak district, Lake district, Euro jaunt across Switzerland, Italy and France. I have so many great memories including meeting my wife which has started the next chapter of my life with a baby on the way.

I feel the forum has been very good to me and I can only hope that some of the advice that I have given has been as useful to others as the advice that I have received. I haven't been as active in recent years but i always dipped in and out to see how others have enjoyed their ownership. Im sure I'll still be taking an interest even when i move onto my next car which is yet to be decided.

Also good luck with the baby... When is it due?

We are due our first in September... And between a TT and an SLK we are screwed!! Looking at changing the wifes SLK... But no idea to what just yet!!!

Take it from one who said the very same thing for the very same reasons; you'll be back once you do the man maths and realise that a family car needs to be offset by an impractical and fun one [or, each action has an equal and opposite reaction]
