Why? Clearly need to get out more!
I couldn't care less A) for that program and B) to what cars are parked on the street. Firstly it could belong to someone who works, someone who doesn't, someone retired, someone visiting someone. You see nice cars everywhere even in Sh*tholes. Unfortunately someone may call that street home and have lived there a long time before the dregs of society decided to pull it down and without that program you wouldn't of been any the wiser. I'm sure every city has this element and a street or area where there is a high proportion if people on benefits but there is always people who work and have nice things. Why shouldn't they just because everyone else decided to live off handouts.
I'm sure if you have a property you own on that street it would be difficult to sell in order to move to somewhere nicer.
