Beginning to Miss my z4mc..

Towards the beginning of last year I was fortunate to buy a Z4MC.
What started off as a like for the 3.0si turned to me lusting after this one car that I saw advertised in Scotland. I travelled all the way to Edinburgh with the good wife for a weekend. Spent some time around the beautiful city and then got a train on a frosty saturday morning to Kirkaldy to buy on of the best looking cars I have ever owned.

An Imola red Z4MC with black interior and almost fully loaded sat on CSLs in black. The drive made me really concentrate as that sunday we were hit by a blizzard and it was slow going up until Carlisle.
I got back, showed a couple fo my car-mad mates that night and took them for a spin. The brakes were shot and she was due an inspection 2. Almost £2k later I had it running perfectly and ready for the road.
Sadly, after a couple fo months I moved the car along to a lovely couple from Chepstow. Having owned many decent cars I still have a soft sport for a handful of my past endeavours and the Z4MC is definitely one of them.
I currently run an M3 CS SMG and may consider buying a z4mc again depending on situation in a couple of months after the newborn has entered the fro!
Had to ramble on here as I feel so nostalgic every single time I see a z4 coupe. Red for me is definitely the colour to have these in.
I sold mine for £15k with 62 000 miles on the clock in May 2015 and she really was in super condition. I wonder if I can get that kind of car now for that kind of money~? Privately it seems some cars hang around but sell quicker at dealerships?

They are stunning cars.

You might be lucky but from what I've seen recently a fully specc'd car on CSL's would be a couple of grand more than you sold yours for.

Put a wanted ad in the marketplace and see if anyone bites.

Good luck whatever you decide.

I don't rate them as every day cars though. A family saloon for daily use and one of these for weekends. If I sell my cs I may get another one.
