Yes - Monday.
It was also very difficult to get thro to an agent today. I'm now starting to regret sending it away for repair however they will have their chance of redemption.
The really annoying factor is that they have replaced parts that obviously didn't need changing and charged me for the privilege of doing so. The machine hadn't been tested before its return either.
Its now back to the packets of instant cappuccino for a few weeks :thumbsdown:
