When purchasing my Z4 E85 (04) 3.0L, it had the added extra of coilover but unfortunately no paperwork to suggest which ones exactly.
Turns out my damper is shot on the rear right (excessive dried up residue).
My knowledge on coilovers is very minimal so im looking for knowledge on this.
From digging around i can assume these are BC racing BR series coilovers.

I also understand that the damper twists off from the bottom bracket in order to change these.
Are dampers pretty standard across the board or are they more specific to the spring/ coilovers. make of car (I say this as I've have seen a set from an E46 on the cheap on Ebay)?
With one damper shot, should I be replacing both rears or can I get away with replacing the one?
Can anyone shed some light on the sticker info on the damper/ coilover (see below)?
