Cheapest and easiest will be something like D2/ksport/insert random taiwanese brand....
My rear kit is pretty experimental and not suited for someone who doesn't have a lathe or a TIG welder or so.
Then again the complete rear section (including discs, bmw/brembo performance calipers, pads, various parts to tinker with... etc etc) probably cost me less than 300gbp :roll:
It was so cheap because ecs had this ridiculous sale on the rear calipers ($198/set, instead of $563/set), so I obviously included them because I already was ordering so shipping was also almost nil. And I wanted something to match the fronts of course. This bbk setup has a nice 'OEM' feel to it because the calipers are BMW parts (just not from a z4). And it is something most others don't have.
I'll probably make some improvements sooner or later.... to keep myself busy :wink:
Fronts were also cheap (back then). 800gbp or so incl shipping (from ecs tuning, now they're already 1000gbp ex shipping (ex vat)).
