Battery Drain - e86

A few months ago after not driving my car for 2/3 days the battery was flat, (The previous month I had a free battery test kwikfit which showed optimum health) I tested with multimeter and alternator was good but was a constant draw of around 1amp when testing which I found was the rear LED aftermarket boot lights, I disconnected them and the draw was around 0.2 - 0.3 mp which I guess is still high but happier than 1amp , the boot light was on as boot open while testing so wasn’t the continuous draw I originally thought.
Anyways determined fault battery and replaced it although on doing so was Bosch 2019.

But today after not driving the car for 2 days the battery flat and now pulling my hair out of next stages of troubleshooting, any tips ??

So when you say "rear LED aftermarket boot lights", do you mean the external (centre hi-level) boot light or aftermarket internal boot items?

Any luck with finding out what the problem is?
hey no not yet but I have a clamp current meter on order from eBay £23, my battery when check before driving 11.9v so def a draw from somewhere and battery is now 2 months old and I though after replacing it problem solved but the car only only not started the once after not driving for 2 days so I definitely still have a problem and the previous battery swop not resolved the issue but all tests pointed to it being the old battery itself
