Just had my car into this dealer for inspection 1. Fantastic service from start to finish. The price was way less than other North West dealers £575 for Inspection 1 and £45 for a brake fluid change. That is mega cheap for an 'M'.

The 'M' tech came out to talk over any isues I had and to listen to the car while it was hot. Then he drove the car into the workshop ready for the next day. I got a phone call next day while they were servicing the car to run through what they'd found - all minor stuff. Wiper blades, mobility pack etc. I couldn't recommend this dealer highly enough, fantastic !
 
Basically there were two exhaust tappets that were a little 'loose' but the mechanic had already said when I met him and he listened to the car he thought it was fine. He said he would rather leave them a little loose than too tight so we agreed to leave it as is.He phoned to discuss after he'd checked the clearances so that was fine with me.
 
Bateman BMW is my local dealer, I have had three BMs and two Minis from them. Great to deal with, professional, courteous and knowledgable and it is in a great location. Test drives not a problem, and usually unescorted. I would have ordered my new Z4 from them, but they could not get close to the UK military discount offered by BMW UK. They will get all the servicing and maintenance though.

I highly recommend this dealership and would happily say it is the best, of any make, I have ever dealt with.
