Bargain... Hunter alignment and AirCon refill for £120!

Beauty!

Done some work for a garage in High Wycombe (I design and manufacture conveyors and vertical lifts *plug*!) asked to pop it in the alignment cos my tyres were getting pretty bad inside wear on the rears due to dropping the car and adding spacers.

Alignment and AirCon for £120 they said cos of the work I done for them! Lovely!

This was A nightmare! The car bottomed out on the ramp! Sat about 3mm from the top of the ramp so to get back off it again we had to put blocks behind the front tyres to lift them up slightly to get them up... Painfull!

Was told they ended a special tool to adjust the front camber for some reason so have to go back again next week to have it done again.

Happy with results though. Rear wheels sit much better with less of a camber than before.

Yes fitted them and had them on for about a month or so now. Taken the Z for a trip to Switzwerland and back too with them../ That was interesting getting on and off the ferry with it being so low!!
No issues with it at all. Only thing was tyre wear that i noticed on my way back up was very heavy on the inside so thought i best get the allignment done! Di you get your fronts fitted yet?

Bargain!-did those clamps mark your alloys?-im asking because i had my e46 done and when i got home i noticed marks where they had used the clamps

Hmm, not that I have noticed. Will be cleaning it tomorrow so will let you know! Hopefully not! :?
