I rarely panic about anything as I take the view that once somethings happened, no amount of panicking/stressing will wind the clocks back all you'll do is cloud your view of the next steps. With cars and the like, IMHO there is nothing that can't be fixed, it's just a case of how to go about it (lots of informed research on here ) and how much it's going to cost.
Or penetrating & mixing with the adhesive thereby making it useless.
Really unfortunate & have been expecting a few leaks on mine with all the rain, but since fixing a front blocked drain (touch wood) mine's been just fine outside
