Just curious but I wonder what the average age of Z4 owners is. I was nosing on another forum and found a guy with a 3.0 who
has to be about 19/20. His insurance must be astronomical. For the record I'm an old fart of 52.

Well if your an old fart at 52, shudder to think what that makes me at 56

I think BrianD is 72 I think, so must be an antique

From what people have told me in my hunt for a Z4 there are a fair number of younger Z4 owners around my age, 21

I would think that in the last few years and in the years to come you will see more and more younger people in Z4s.
The price is coming down to a level where they are affordable and what would you rather have a 3 or 4 year old corsa or a 10 or 11 year old Z4?

Good luck to you ! If I'd had the cash at that age I wouldn't have been driving a Ford sh*tbox. It took me until the age of 32 to get my first
'sports' car (MR2 MK1).

Funny thing about that comment is i currently do have a Ford Fiesta!

Hi I was 21 when I bought mine, my girlfriend has new fiesta St 3 which is the practical car. :) so it would be rude to not buy something a little more interesting

Bought our first sports car after motorcycling came to a protracted close (over about 8 years)

Presently 58 and 1/36th  and still loving driving.

:driving:

52 its my second convertible had an slk before. after nearly 35 years riding motorbikes I figured id pushed my luck as far as it could probably go

I love the title of this thread - I still feel like a pilot every time I get in mine :D :cpilot:
