Average age of Zed ownership

Afternoon all,

Was cruising along the other day (was in a Citroen so probably couldn't be classed as cruising) and spotted two E85's around, both of which were being driven by slightly more 'senior' people. This got me thinking, what is the average age of zed owners and alas, here we have a poll.

Haha, 18 but I think your safe from the 'Senior' classification . To give credit to the guy I saw, I can't ever recall seeing anyone quite as old going quite so fast, the guy was a lunatic

I think you need to be more "senior" to afford the insurance.

That's about £250 more expensive for a 3.0 si sport coupe than a 1.0 Brabus Smart.

In the last year of my 20's so thought I had to have my sports car before I turn the next decade... Otherwise I may have to wait till I'm 50 odd for the next chance (after kids etc...)

Insurance was 500ish for the year with 9 years no claims! :x

Wife and I are similar boat as M_lehcin. Kids are couple of years out and have got the grown up things going from an earlier age than normal (bought house at 18 as I had good job and didn't want to waste all my money on booze and cars).
We figured lets have some fun for a little while.

+1 i was 47 in March but I've been told i don't look or act my age they obviously don't see me in the morning when my face needs ironing !!!

count yourself lucky. i was paying £2600 on a fiesta at 19, and £2200 on a focus st at 20.
