As i have been asking many questions lately regarding Aux Install, compatibility with Carver Amp etc etc.......thought it was only fair to update you all who kindly answered my queries.
Vents & Radio removed
Cables to the rear, i just plugged the Aux cable straight in as i had a spare place to insert it ?...i was expecting to join wires with the changer but for some reason it plugged straight in and worked straight away, perfectly. Note the AUX cable to the bottom right hand corner of the stereo
Opposite end of the cable positioned in the panel under the heater controls
A quick test, and it works perfectly, even the sound is loud and crystal clear. Another tip is to set the equaliser on the ipod to BASS BOOSTER for that little extra sound.
All in all, once the vents are removed, a very quick & easy install. So thanks for all your help !
