AUX In Retrofit Cable Question

Looking to retrofit the AUX In on my Z4M (with DSP) and been doing a bit of research tonight. However, I can only find the part number for the socket and panel... but not the cable\harness I need to go from the headunit to the socket. Is it just a standard 3.5mm jack?

Any software updates required to the Nav to support it?

Plug and play, no update required. Part number should be on here somewhere. The mini version is the same but cheaper from memory.
