As the title suggests my Mrs wants a z4 coupe again, so we have a fantastic standard tts for sale or p/x, around 59,000 miles now, fully over serviced including two belt changes, all paperwork is present to back up the history plus the extra work that has been done including injection system cleaning, car goes fantastically well been the 272 bhp variant, matching Pirelli tyres.

Heated leather seats
Retractable spoiler
Full comprehensive service record
Hpi clear
Quattro
Electric fold in mirrors
Sport button
Flat bottom steering wheel
Electric Fully adjustable seats

It is a wonderful car but we miss the z, we have 2 tt’s, I have owned 4 but I loved my z, my Mrs took over using it and it ended up at 162,000 miles but it was pretty faultless, had I been using it regularly I’m sure I would not have sold it, oh well you learn.

The tts is negotiable on price but circa £9,000, but willing to discuss a deal, I doubt there is any other tts cars available in this totally nurtured condition with this mileage and history, any inspection welcome.

The Audi stickers are no longer on the car, the Quattro stickers are no longer on the seats.

Private plate is on at present DG03 DAW

Second time I have put on this for sale as first time rhe Mrs said she actually wanted to keep it but now changed mind again.

Good luck with the search and nice looking TTS btw. I nearly ended up in the same boat as you this past couple of weeks. As I was about to put mine up for sale as it doesn’t get used much. I might use this thread as a screensaver to remind myself never to think that way again.

Thank you, I was a lunatic to sell the z, the tts is sublime in its own right, but the z is a class act, I thought mileage getting a bit high etc but should have stuck it out, as I mentioned my Mrs basically nicked it off me so I lost touch with it as I have a Quattro sport I used whilst my z was been used by the Mrs, I still have the Quattro sport which I might stick back on eBay I had a lot of interest in it but was away working too much could never easily arrange viewings.

I’d like a lower mileage z, reverse sensors, heated seats, Mrs does not really want a dark colour, blue, grey, silver, white, yellow etc ok

Yes be careful selling, think about how you will get one back, I’m not minted hence need to sell to buy or p/x, I think it’s a good time to buy with the time of year and economic uncertainty but that could change.

Good luck with the sale - then you can get back to E86 ownership!

And once you've got your Coupe keep it - I should never have sold mine. :headbang: Which is why I'm on my 2nd.

Yes lesson learnt, audi tt’s are great, but the coupe has elegance, performance, class, handling, a feel of an expensive car despite been probably 12 plus years old, we will get another, you could have parked our 162,000 mile coupe next to a £100,000 sport car and it would not have looked out of place, that’s a fact.

Loved my old TT, only took it onto the Autobhan in Germany once & mightily impressed at how stable it was at full chuff...good luck with your sale

On my previous tt Quattro sport I drove to slovenia I too put my foot down occasionally in Germany even on winter tyres it felt incredible at speed like you said was super stable, I imagine the tts is awsome, infact when I swapped to the z4 after the Quattro I thought the z4 felt awful nowhere near as planted as the tt, it tramlined badly but I lived with it, z4 was good on smooth roads though.

Cheers

Whereabouts are you based?
I have a coupe that I’m considering to exchange/pt ex with
My motive is to get a car that I can adjust the ICE to a sound quality I like and it’s an issue in my Coupe with sat nav
