Assembling BMW Style 108 split rims.

I have recently refurbed my 108 split rims. I am at the stage where I am ready to reassemble them. I will add Loctite to the bolts. But do I need any sealant at all? It doesn't appear there was any when I took them apart.

I used Wurth silicone sealant around the bolt holes, blue loctite for the bolts. Remember to use a tap and die to clean out the bolts and threads

Do you really need loctite if correctly torqued? I wouldn’t.

Probably been asked loads of times, but what is the torque value. I wouldn’t expect to use loctite either.
