ASH TRAY ( RANDOM I KNOW and boring)

Has anyone taken their centre consol / ash tray arrangement out before...... mine seems to be broken for some reason. The lid wont shut and i want to repair it if i can. It looks like the ratchet isnt working. Or if anyone has a spare assembly in grey i might buy a new one .........
 
Open ashtray remove tray and then single cross head screw, you can then remove the ashtray. You will need to disconnect the multiplugs as well, so best to disconnect the battery.
 
thanks ill get it out and have a look. Im not sure if ill be able to fix it though if the ratchet is broken ........... GREAT !
